After earning a degree in data analytics, focusing on AI and machine learning, Alex successfully implemented solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.
Currently serving as an Agile Change Agent at a FTSE 100 organization, Alex is deeply committed to driving organizational potential through AI-driven insights and an Agile mindset. My work in Enterprise Agile transformations focuses on kaizen, empowering individuals to maximize their potential. With an MBA in finance, Alex actively supports the growth of others and share my expertise at international Agile events, including the Global Scrum Gathering.
