Speak – Teach – Ideate

Speak

Do you have new ideas or methodologies about Agile you want to share? Do you enjoy public speaking?
Agile New England always looks for subject matter experts to present to our community. Presentation topics can include, but are not limited to:
  • Agile Concepts
  • Agile Methodologies
  • Team Building and Communication
  • Best Practices
  • New Emerging Technologies
  • World Wide Collaboration
If you are interested in presenting to our Agile community, please contact our program chair for more information.

Teach

Do you like to teach? Do you have concepts or skills that can be valuable to our Agile New England community?
We are always on the lookout for instructors.
Before each monthly meeting, we hold 60-minute Agile 101 classes, where volunteers teach topics from beginner level to advanced. Having a diverse pool of instructors in both Agile and other Agile compatible skills enriches our community.
If you are interested in teaching an Agile 101 course, please contact our Agile 101 coordinator.

Topics

We at Agile New England do our best to provide our community with the latest in Agile and Agile-related education. However, we are Agilists. The more people who contribute ideas and information to a project, the more likely the end product is to succeed and delight.
In that spirit, even though we have some ideas of topics you would enjoy learning about, we know that collectively there are many more ideas. So we ask you, are there topics you would like us to focus on during the monthly meetings or in our Agile 101 sessions?
If you have ideas for educational topics, please let us know.

Ideas

Our community members proposed some of Agile New England’s most innovative offerings. Two of the most popular ideas: offer classes (Agile 101s) and Lean Coffee discussions before our monthly meetings.
What’s your idea?
If you have thoughts and ideas about new ways in which Agile New England can bring more Agile learning to our community, please let us know.

What hasn’t changed? Membership to Agile New England is still free. No strings attached.
