David Moschella is a senior fellow at Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF), the world’s leading digital policy think tank. Previously, he was in charge of worldwide research for IDC, the largest market analysis firm in the information technology industry, responsible for the company’s global technology industry forecasts and insights.
