Sean Gonzalez

Sean Gonzalez has been a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Lean/Agile Enterprise Coach for over 17 years.  As a former IT Director he guided infrastructure and applications delivery teams through multiple data center buildouts to deliver secure and highly available services.  As a servant leader he is passionate about helping others to develop their full potential and has over 30 years of experience holding various teaching roles in multiple subject areas.  He has authored over 40 IT-related articles in trade magazines and has delivered multiple training courses in Lean/Agile topics.

As a Lean/Agile Enterprise Agile Coach, one of Sean’s most rewarding experiences has been in bringing Lean/Agile values, principles and practices beyond IT to non-profit, social services settings – with great success.  Sean has incorporated mindfulness and other mind training techniques into his highly situational coaching style. He believes in empowering teams to find their own answers through continuous introspection and careful, watchful analysis of their actions in a safe-to-fail culture that promotes courageous innovation.

Sean has served as a Board of Directors member in three other non-profit organizations, for a total of 20 years of experience.
