What if Agile ways of working could be tuned to amplify the strengths of neurodiverse thinkers so they can increase the effectiveness of Agile teams and produce better outcomes? Agile thrives on collaboration, creativity, and adaptability. But too often we assume that everyone thinks, communicates, and processes information in the same way.
