A sound team charter increases the likelihood of success for a team, project and organization. As Aristotle stated: “Well begun is half done.” This presentation discusses how to develop consensus around objectives, vision and mission. We introduce the components of a good team charter, and examine how those components focus teammates on a common goal, and ensure that key questions are succinctly answered during the kickoff of an effort or a team.
