For Scrum Masters and Agile coaches in today’s Agile environments, technical fluency is no longer optional—it’s essential. It is not enough to master ceremonies and team dynamics. Agile leaders need to understand DevOps, CI/CD, and technical constraints—such as legacy system limitations, architectural dependencies, and infrastructure bottlenecks—so they can pinpoint these constraints, advocate for impactful changes, and translate delivery metrics like DORA into business value.
