Today, continuous delivery is still a far-off dream for many teams. But there is an agile thinking tool that can help teams work together to nurture a quality-focused DevOps-style culture. When Brian Marick created the Agile Testing Quadrants model back in 2003, the terms “continuous delivery” and “DevOps” had yet to be coined. The quadrants enable teams to discuss, plan and execute technology- and business-facing testing activities to guide development and evaluate their products.
