Agile 101: 2024 Year End Retrospective

Garry Miller

As we wrap up this year – we want to take a moment to thoughtfully reflect on the courses we’ve completed and the experiences shared by all who joined us on this journey.  In a true use of new skills, we will reserve the December Agile 101 Session to host our own retrospective.  Please come to discuss your thoughts and ideas for improvement, things you liked about the Agile 101 courses, as well as some ideas for what you might like to see in next year’s course offerings.  There will also be some time for open space, so if you have an Agile question that wasn’t covered yet we can address it during the session.  Come one, come all, and heed this Holiday Agile Call.

Garry Miller is a certified agile coach and trainer, with over 15 years of project management and systems implementation experience. A fan of Lean Process improvement, he’s had a diverse career in value stream optimization with the nation’s top companies in healthcare, supply chain, finance, banking and telecom. In his free time, he is an avid reader and spends time landscaping his home in Quincy, MA.
