Agile approaches have helped us be more responsive to change. But many Agile implementations are still stuck in very linear plan-design-implement-test cycles. Can we go far farther in rearranging our work? Can we cast our net of change more broadly to truly transform our organizations?

This session will examine the patterns and benefits of flipping our thinking, from the implementation to the organization. It will draw on sources from software craftsmanship, systems thinking, lean manufacturing, Lean Startup, Net Promoter System, and more to stimulate ideas to improve our organizations.
