It is not just something teams do, or a matter of methodologies and frameworks. But what does it mean for an organization to be Agile?

In this presentation, Dave Stewart will explain why an organization is like an animal in a competitive ecosystem. The fitness of an animal is written in its DNA. An organization’s DNA is its operating model. Agile needs to be part of that DNA, expressed in all functions and interactions within the organization.

About the Speaker:

Dave Stewart leads transformation initiatives for large, global organizations at Adaptovate’s Toronto office. He is a long-time Agile practitioner whose experience includes serving as a coach at Capital One’s commercial banking innovation lab, heading the Agile practice at Goldman Sachs’ investment banking technology division, and acting as lead product owner for McKinsey and Company’s internal technology department. He has founded several startups.
