A recent blog post by @agilecoach on the virtues and benefits of Test Driven Development prompted some more general thinking along these lines. While Agile development transformation has been established as a groundbreaking movement, is this really so for the quality and test groups? For organizations transitioning from older software development models to various flavors of Agile there may be more to reuse than they suspected. This talk will dig into various quality practices dating back from the 80s and examine how they relate – and don’t – to the Agile of today.
