About the speaker:

Linda Rising is an independent consultant who has worked in telecommunications, avionics, and tactical weapons systems. An internationally known presenter on topics related to patterns, retrospectives, influence strategies, Agile development, and the change process. Linda has written or co-authored several books, including Fearless Change: Patterns for Introducing New Ideas and More Fearless Change: Strategies for Making Your Ideas Happen.
