Agile frameworks originated in organizations primarily based in western countries involving flat hierarchies. How do people in global companies from non-western countries think about Agility? What many executives ignore is empowering people by developing cultural intelligence and switching perspectives. The surest way to manage change initiatives is by understanding better people, groups, and collaboration blind spots. This lightning talk will include sharing of intercultural experiences from agile coaches from over 15 countries.

Nigel Steane has about 10 years experience as an agilist, doing coaching and software development, and running teams for more years than he cares to remember.
