Do you have really open, honest retrospectives but the same themes rear their ugly heads in every single one? Do you use the phrase “Continuous Improvement” but don’t really see a lot of things improving around you?

Join us at the March gathering of Agile New England to learn simple steps to keep you constantly and consistently evaluating and improving the things that matter the most to you. Together we’ll learn more about the world of powerlifting and how training to pick up and put down heavy things helped one Agilist become a better Enterprise Agile coach. Please bring an idea for something you’d like to focus on for the duration of the session, either personal or professional; it should be something you’re comfortable sharing with a partner and/or the group.

About the Speaker:

Lizette Morris is an Enterprise Agile Coach at athenahealth in Watertown, MA. Her work in the Agile space began on the small and mighty team leading athena’s Agile transformation, grew to Scrum Mastering for internal teams building tools for developers, and has now evolved into coaching leaders and teams that are working to transform healthcare. While coaching, Lizette focuses on empowerment of individuals and teams, mentoring Scrum Masters, and bringing empathy into every interaction.
