Which practices are here to stay, which will help you to improve, and which are only temporary fads? This session will help to show some of the core principles of Agile which can help you to understand which practices and which parts are right for you. Using real world examples we will show where development can go wrong and how specific agile practices can address these problems. Both situation and code examples will be used.
