In this talk, I will describe how I:

  • Learned to communicate through conflict. We will walk through King’s “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” as an illustration of the nonviolent belief system.
  • Reduced the Plan-Do-Check-Adjust cycle time on my biophysiological state by three orders of magnitude. We will examine how to use heart rate as a measure of emotional stress.
  • Freed myself from financial panic. We will walk through different models of agile coaching.
  • Reconciled academic findings in social psychology with the US Constitution. We will watch a video which shows how drug dealers operate and how this is similar to the way that mature agile teams function.

At the end of the talk we will collaborate on creating the first virtual Agile Reading Group and the first Scrum Practice Group.
