This presentation highlights how leaders can increase their capacity and effectiveness to lead change in fast-paced, complex environments. It describes how they can set the stage for self-organization, and build stronger relationships between teams, individuals and customers. It also suggests how they can grow their personal strengths as leaders.

Participants will leave the session with concrete actionable ideas, and the inspiration to try them!
