Do these requirements conflict with the core tenets of Agile?

In this presentation Chris Ampenberger, Development Manager at PHT Corporation, will explain how PHT overcame these constraints and got to Agile. He will draw a picture of PHT’s operating environment and the applicable regulations for software development. He will demonstrate how the required documentation can become a byproduct of the everyday work of a Scrum team, and describe changes he initiated, such as shortening sprints, measuring team and stakeholder satisfaction, and increasing the focus on automation for testing and release documentation. Chris will illustrate how these changes helped PHT teams achieve significant increases in productivity.

About the speakers:

Chris Ampenberger is a Development Manager at PHT Corporation, the leading provider of innovative technology systems used to collect patient-driven eData for clinical research. Chris manages three Agile development teams which are tasked with maintaining PHT’s back-end systems that receive and process all acquired data. Chris has several years of experience managing software development teams in a number of industries. He started practicing Agile seven years ago and managed complete implementations at two companies.
