Registration and Marketing Coordinators (2 people) |

For a special event to be held in March, 2012. You will determine a suitable method for informing potential attendees of event; implement a plan to achieve attendance targets; implement a marketing plan to achieve pre-event buzz to drive attendance; and implement post-event plan to keep the buzz going, to generate potential attendee list for subsequent events. With regard to registration, you will design and implement registration system to qualify attendees; collect (and refund if necessary) registration fees; implement an on-line registration system; record pertinent information regarding attendees; provide day-of-event registration services; provide name badges; record whether registrants attended; and see to other registration related matters. |

For a special event to be held in March, 2012. Will identify, select, and obtain sponsorship commitments for event; coordinate with ANE Board Marketing Chair to assure sponsors are appropriate for the event and reflect well on the chapter; and provide the main point of contact for sponsors for day-of-event logistics. |

For a special event to be held in March, 2012. Duties include identifying and securing an appropriate venue for the event; working with the venue to book necessary rooms, food, and so on; and working with the Speaker Coordinator and Sponsorship Coordinator to assure adequate space for sponsors, speaker(s) and attendees. |

Provide the main point of contact the chapter and prospective or scheduled speakers. Identify potential speakers, secure their participation, coordinate venue needs identified by speaker(s), and arrange for speaker travel and lodging if needed. This position is for a specific special event, to be held in March 2012. |
